Dr. Eve Henry earned her undergraduate degree from Princeton before completing medical school at Vanderbilt. Originally from the east coast, she moved to California to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Stanford and has never left.

Her passion for optimal health and effective prevention has led her on a remarkable personal journey. She explored Traditional Chinese Medicine at the UCLA Center for East-West Medicine, completed Dr. Andrew Weil’s fellowship in Integrative Medicine, and Functional Medicine training via the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Searching for the right balance of cutting-edge interventions and common-sense wisdom, Dr. Henry joined Dr. Peter Attia’s practice to learn the art and science of longevity medicine. She served as Dr. Attia’s Medical Director and clinical partner in a practice laser focused on enhancing the healthspan and lifespan of its members. Dr. Henry saw first hand how the science and practice of preventive medicine often leaves women behind, and developed a passion for helping women optimize their healthspan.

Dr. Henry is very excited to bring this expertise and passion to her own clinical practice, her writing, and the world at large. She is also a busy mom of three and, when not working, is inevitably chasing children.
